Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING Flat rate of $5.40 for purchases up to $50.00, $8.80 for purchases over $50.00 - Your jewelry purchase will be insured and well-packaged for safe arrival in a jewelry baggy, gift box and padded envelope or box. Domestic shipping includes insurance and tracking number. Please note I cannot be responsible for package once shipped. If for some reason your item does not arrive, it will be buyer's responsibility to contact Postal Service for inquiry and insurance claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING $13.00 for 1-2 items, $23.00 for 3 or more items. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery via UNINSURED priority mail. Please email before placing your order if you have concerns regarding this.

Julia Bristow Jewelry assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped to foreign countries. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Damaged, Delayed or Impounded Orders. If you place your order, you are Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

We ship international orders via US Priority Mail using flat rate envelope for orders of 1-2 items. When ordering more than 2 items, order will be divided in order to utilize flat rate envelopes. Shipping takes approximately 6 - 14 days. This is uninsured and not guaranteed. I am not responsible for items not received. I will provide a tracking number for your reference.
If the package is lost, stolen or seized by Customs - for any reason - and we do not receive the package back, we will Not issue you a refund. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for full refund (excluding your return shipping). THIS EXCLUDES CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS.
If your item requires repair, please contact me via email and you may send your item back for repair.
However, please note: I cannot be responsible for items returned to me if they are not insured and do not have a tracking number.
If I do not receive your item, a refund cannot be given!
